Nice hat.....grats Bob!!!

Thx 3D! Looks almost black in certain light. The factory bash has very high pinch midway towards the center of the crown sorta giving it a cattleman look. Deep flang w almost a slight rodeo curl to the sides. If I snap the front of the brim down slightly the sides curl up even more. Dont kno if they're all like that but its refreshing to see a factory bash that's a little different.

I like the added contrast that a black ribbon would provide, but the gray ribbon really suits that hat.

Thanks, I think it is based on a hat Bogart wore in one of his movies, but I hate to say that I don't really know for sure, but I do know that I like this hat.

Harv, that Campdraft looks nice, I need to get me one, it seems like a hat you can wear with casual and dress clothes.

Zombie, I like the black ribbon better, the contrast makes it look better to me.

Ralph Lauren hunting jacket from the 90's. Like the heavy Woolrich winter hunting coats, I've got a lot of these canvas hunting jackets new and vintage as well. I haven't gone hunting in 20 years but i still like the jackets for their utility.
