new Stetsonian. Going to fiddle with the crease a little bit yet but I'm pleased with the initial shaping. Stetson is going in the right direction these days. The felt quality on this is better than the Premiere Stratoliner I bough last year. Makes me curious about the Excellent Quality.

Completely crazy bitterly cold and very windy day (wind advisory in effect, even). Out and about for church and breakfast earlier in my trusty old grey felt and leather jacket.

Good Sunday morning to all. This morning has found me up and about very early. It is funny how a day off means getting up earlier than usual and working hard at enjoying the day off. In any case, early morning chores in the windy cool morning, wind chill -10'F, found me in a Filson and a "oldster" vtg. Stetson bowler.

This afternoon, working a roast on the grill in my vtg. Stetson Vogue. This "oldster's" felt is soooo special. Not only is it a great green color, but malleable and soft to the eye and touch.
