This evening I was out enjoying cup of coffee by the lake. The cool air, light breeze, costa rican coffee and a vtg. Stetson Whippet made for a peaceful sunset for the start of Fall.

GE - the Whippet style is just a case of some design elements coming together and working well. It's a very versatile hat that can go with formal and casual looks (I wear mine with cargo shorts from time to time). Back in the day if was a good hat at a decent pricepoint and I believe was one of Stetson's big sellers.

Thanks, Lt. I wear hats every day, and it started with doctor's orders a few months ago. It quickly turned into pleasure. That's the virtue and the danger of a great group like this! I want to get more into vintage at this point....

Yesterday was my Brill' s fifteen, and this morning a wormser lords hat. Broke out the wormser today because our friend coble alerted me to some new similar content on the black sheep website-- and I had to wear this in an attempt to refrain from placing an order I can't afford yet!
