Does that have the same construction as this one? I think it would be the first of such I've seen (though I'm not sure if those are pleats or seams running front to back in the photo).
Yes, it appears to match the photo.

So many great hats the last past days from all. You all, looks very good with your hats and caps!

I'm sorry guys, I'd love to comment everybody individually but unfortunately
I fight since a few days with a flu and fever.

I echo Manfred's comment and wish you a speedy recovery my friend, get well soon.

Thanks again for the good wishes... will share with Lily. She thinks we are all out of our minds, but in a nice way.

I'm new here but just looking through pages of old posts while I have time. I absolutely love this hat. It has that pre-war Central Europe look down to the last detail. It looks like its in great condition too. Headband wide... just gorgeous! Thanks for posting.

Thanks back at you. It is a pre-war hat with a special profile and in great condition... glad to have your appreciation, and welcome!

Great flat cap Robert and handsome Mallory, Perry.

Manfred, hope you get out from under that cold soon.

You look perfectly dressed.

I had a chance to experience Carnevale in Putignano in 2001. I believe it is even older than Venice. Fantastic tradition.

ciao,
Alan
