First post on what hat are you wearing today

Ok, I wasn't wearing this today, I was wearing it yesterday. It's an Akubra Camp Draft.

It's my first posting for what hat are you wearing today. I may try to make this a more consistent posting. At least that is my intent.

However, I think I need a better "hat face." I was just messing around with the camera and took the shot.

Think I've found justification for wearing a hat in the summer with regularity. What you see in these shots is winter-only in these parts, but I think it's time to get something suitable for the heat. I'm seeing lots of great styles and ideas in this here forum. Bloody good.

Thanks, DRB. Sometimes I think I favor dark hats. At other times I think I favor light. At the end of the day, I'm glad to have both. It keeps things fresh.

Here is my new hat made by Gary White. 5" open crown, 2 1/8 inch brim, tapered. Brown, 100% beaver. Cavanagh edged. My most comfortable hat.
