Was a warm day up here in N. Texas, got up to 82 So I gave my new Cattleman in Fawn a good sweat while out at the stable today. It has survived it's baptism by stock tank well (I put it on a hat jack to dry out) and is sustantially cooler without the liner. The vent holes in the crown now VENT Haven't gotten access to a digital camera yet to take my pics but here's one from DM where I got mine. Looks still the same so far, but it will look better every year I wear it!

I had my two pith helmets in the office today, after picking them up from the dry cleaners, 'lofty' and 'Captain Meander' could not resist the photo opportunity

The one on the left is classic "sand" coloured, and the other one is White.

It's really hard to tell the difference between the Adam "Bluemetal" and "Cloud" colors.

That is a really good looking hat. Maybe it is the lighting but the color looks unusual and unique. You wear it well too. That color looks like a very versatile color. It looks good casual and I know it would go well with blue or grey suits. Bravo!
