It may be a modern woolly, but the heather felt looks very good to me.This morning's hat. Temperature at 55. Will have to switch to straw if I go out later. Tonight a outdoor concert. May go to one of my Stetsons. We'll see.

Nothing wrong with a good center dent on a great conversion ,Terry. Great shape to that hat. Nice job.Wearing my latest project. I have more in the Conversion Corral. I'm not the biggest fan of Center Dents but I changed things up a bit from my preferred tear drop crease and went with a center dent anyway. The scratch finish I was experimenting with came out really nice on this one. As with all of my conversions, this one has the same tall straight crown that I prefer...
