I hear ya Bill, last time I was in there I waited almost 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, so I browsed the old hats in the wall case. When I asked about straw hats the said everything was sold out and they did not know when they would get anymore in. I had brought in my 20 yr old Peter Bros hat in for a steam and reshape, the kid that worked there grabbed my hat, did a quick 10 second brush up and a 10 second steam and said here ya go. ??? Really? . It's a sad day for Peter Bros, hope they get it together soon or they will be gone.

That's really unfortunate. I always enjoyed going in there and shooting the breeze with whoever, and I'm very happy with my Milans. They used to be backed up about eight months on orders, and do bang up business during the rodeo. I wonder if that's still true.

I just looked up Leisure Light on eBay. And they have one! It is the same color as Justins! I am all excited! And it's not my size.

yessir! both grandfather and great grandfather worked at a family pharmacy years ago.

here's a photo of it, and some items they kept after having a change of employment and selling the business. I looked up the address some time ago, and it looks like the stained glass in the store front is still there

believe it or not, that's one I sold a little while back. I guess the leisure lights are super rare. Our old friend, "moon", never heard of the model until I came across that one, so that says something.

sold it, then I saw this (poor seller photos & description had no model mentioned). Safe to say I was pleasantly surprised when it Arrived

Have barely been able to see the monitor the last couple of days. Had to have a little laser spot welding done on one retina yesterday. Seems to be improving.

Remember, though, that was when customs from Gannon and NW Hats were going for $250. I made my choice, too, figuring if I bought an excellent quality modern hat I'd still send it out to have the ribbon sewn on proper and maybe some other work done before I was happy with it. So I just ordered another custom.

Justin, I'm sorry, but for an Italian, the hat is an accessory that should be worn as a complement to all clothing.
Your suit is magnificent as well as the Dobbs. For me it is a compliment for your total elegance
