Just WOW, look at those colors....Thanks for the nice comments on the Cavanagh Monti the other day!
I'm going to go out on a limb and say this is the most verifiable piece of magic ever to come out of Roswell, NM. The little imprint at the front of the sweatband connects this hat with the Frank H. Lee Hat Company of Danbury, CT.

Quite possible I would guess. The seller told me 50's, I was skeptical, but it was NOS and in great condition and the price was on the low end in my mind. So, when I looked on publius forum and matched up the stetson logo and crest design I figured it in the 60's. But, I'm no expert by any means.....Thanks! I think the hat is from the 1970s. They also had a felt version.

Hey don't sell yourself short....more of an expert than me. Up till last year I bought all my hats at Cabelas.Sorry for the confusion. I meant the age of my hat. I'm not enough of an expert to put a date to yours, sorry.

I like the ventilation on that one Bob. Nice brim curl too.Stetson Derringer.
It is a lot like my Dobbs Milan of the early 60s. Wider brim, which I like alot.Bond Milan, made in Italy. Thanks to @1mach1 for bringing it here.
Does anyone have any ideas about it's age? I'm guessing early 60s, but I'm really only guessing here.
