Yes, life is good. Switched to my Pilgrim flat cap for a little biking around noon. Now I've retreated to the AC in the face of the imposing humidity outside.

Love that hat. Wear it every chance you get. I've been wondering about Moe and Matt as well.

I know the feeling. I need a few pockets for my bicycle trips and I seem to have hidden my fishing vest from myself quite effectively. That has about 30 pockets and a ventilated back, so it's handy summer wear.



Both great hats Stefan. Bummer about the cat's appetite.

Vortex 30mm scope (Strike Eagle 1-8x24) for a Colt Patrol Carbine I picked up at Christmas. Dialed it in today at the range with my gray Champ.

Unique ribbon treatment morning at my house.

I took a morning walk in a Portis Dixie. This hat will require some steaming and a reblocking to bring it back to pristine wearing form. The unique green light weight felt is perfect this morning.

A while later I filled the bird feeders and picked by fallen branches. A vtg. Mallory with another unique ribbon treatment was my choice.

Stunning hat, Steve. Carl Kellner had excellent taste in the hats he had made for his shop by the looks of it. I have a Tirard homburg in midnight blue made for Kellner, which is a beauty as well.

It’s in the upper 90s today but when you have a new hat sometimes you just gotta wear felt no matter the temperature. Tonight I’m going with my new to me 40s Dobbs Game Bird. It’s navy with black ribbon and has an overwelt on the brim.
