Early morning dog walk in a VS Executive (bluemist with gills).

A couple of pottery planters did not make it thru the winter. Cleaning up the mess in a vtg.Lee Adventurer. The feather came with the hat and hence it stays.

Warming up so I will break out a straw hat in a while.

If the rain looks like it will hold off for awhile I think I'll ride the bike over to check on a big flush of golden oyster mushrooms I found yesterday. Hoping they will be ready to harvest today or tomorrow. Will be finding a cap for the ride.

"Pallas" probably mid to later 1950s. Not sure what company owned this mark. Could be a German hat factory but more likely a hat distributor / wholesaler.
