Good morning fellow hat lovers!
I'm wearing a vintage Churchill, 2 1/8" cavanagh-edge brim:
Happy to see the Demon again.

Well today was a banner hat day. Merry Christmas to me. Two boxes, one from the Netherlands and one Ebay. Just a quick look at:
View attachment 97947 From Stefan: A Borsalino "Angora" c.1955 View attachment 97948 Another Borsalino, this time a "Savoy" This one is for Mike Miller. View attachment 97949 And finally, a rather interesting Homburg from Scotland, maker unknown. The Ebay images showed it much more like a Navy blue, it appears to be black.
More posting later after I process this haul. I'm tired. I need a cigarette and a nap.
I've been tweaking the brim and the crease on this Portis western today so, I may as well let it accompany me to my favorite dive bar.

I really like your jacket Harv. Bold and classic. Works well with your chosen hat.Stetson No 1 Quality and Hudson's Bay blanket Mackinaw coat.
Don’t know what you started with but the brim and crease look sharp now. Great color

I am back inside from a dog walk and normal yard chores. Wool and and a VS (sage felt) are comfy for this Minnesota winter morning.
Best, Eric -
