Some of the greats from Stetson that is for sure. I wish they were still making hats like that. Where's that Hatco guy?
I have several whippets, a black Playboy and a gray Flagship. I wish the Flagship was in Better shape but when I find another Flagship in 7 5/8 then Ill look into replacing it.

I don't know why but I will soon let this one go. Surely though these hat were made well and to last.

I pretty much agree with your evaluation of all three, though I am warming up to my Whippet now that I have given it a center dent and have given up trying to make the crown look straight up and down like I prefer 'em...

I suppose my affinity for the Whippets is partly due to them being my grandfather's go to hat. I still have his, albeit in lousy condition.
Oh sure rub it in with the flagship. I wish I could find more.
