Cheddar cheese? I've eaten apple pie with vanilla ice cream but this is the first I heard of putting cheddar cheese on top. I used to work with a guy from Puerto Rico who used to put cheddar cheese in his hot chocolate. He said that was the way they drank it there. I tried it. It was nasty.

LOL! Can't help but think he was trying to prank you. My family, on my mother's side, is all from Puerto Rico and I've never heard of that before. Cheese in your cocoa...how funny!
