Went to a presentation at OSU for the 150th Anniversary Committee. Since it is all about history (at least to me...), I chose the 1942 Rose Bowl hat. It was well received by many of the upper level OSU high huckymucks.

The arrival of a new hat always picks one up. My Churchill Lord's Hat was on the doorstep this afternoon. It appears to be NOS, beautiful felt, smooth and clay like. I have bee wanting a true "Lord's Hat" for a while, fished this one out of the bay. I now have to look up that old Churchill thread to post it in.

Thanks Dale. I haven't measured it but I think the brim would be about 3-1/4" wide when flat, before the curl. The crown is about 6" in the back sloping down to about 4" in front.
