My Daily Beater working in the 'ol Lumber Yard...A Resistol Conversion I did myself. I needed a thicker felt to take the abuse I give it at work. This does just fine. View attachment 64862

Yessir and Thank you! It was an old Round Up with a very wide brim and the crown is almost 6" tall. I like tall, non tapered crowns. I simply trimmed and sanded the brim down to 3" and put a nice Diamond crease in the crown.

At 56 I finally discovered the use of a kitchen dust bin to remove snow from your car:
