Alan, that liner is identical to mine but in better shape. Looks like the same "Asepto" logo on the sweat as well. Only the re-order tag is still attached under the sweat on mine. Looks to be the early 1930's tag if I the info I have read is correct. Here is a pic.

I don't have much experience with Stagecoach hats, this being my only one, but I can say it's far and away my favorite western. The shape and size play well with me.

It is quite winter.
Wind blow from North and the foggy days are quite over

Panizza in mid grey from the old factory in Ghiffa, size 59 (7 3/8 US) in medium stiffness excellent fur felt

It is my first attempt to wear this New Old Stock high end Italian hat

Unfortunately it is tight for me and, with sadness, it will be sold

Proportions are the classic of that production period (around end of 60, early 70) in Italy
Brim overwelted are 5cm. and the crown at 11,5 cm. Ribbon matching color is 4 cm.

'Twas my first eBay purchase some years ago. I stretched it up a bit from its 6 7/8 size, and wear it in poor weather.
