The Stetsonian has an interesting flange. Not only is it shapeable, mine is kinda floppy and is easy to put in different positions. I often wear it brim up with the front flattened a bit (no steam, I just run my hand over it while it's on my head). It's the closest I can get to Alan's Patented Brim Curl(TM).
For sure. I do like this particular flange. Snap brim but sides swoop up nicely.

Frunobulax,
Interior pic as requested. I can't really tell you much about this hat other than I got a deal on it. If you know more from the pics, please share.
Joe

looks to be 50s

also looks like the edge may have been bound at one point in it's life ... probably right out of the factory if what I'm seeing is what I think it is

we all know that there were a million things called "Stetsonian" and there were bound and unbound edged Stetsonians ... but that looks to have been bound... I think :)

beautiful hat ...

can you take a close up pic of the top edge of the brim ?

sorry ... I'm a pain in the arse
