Wearing a Resistol 15 today. I love this hat. It's a light grey green color. Felt on this one is incredible

I hear ya. The new to me Resistol I picked up keeps calling my name. If it wasn't for this thread, I'd likely wear a hat for more consecutive days than I do.

Jim this place definitely influences me to switch hats more than I most likely would ... which is a good thing I guess... better than them sitting in boxes in my office

This happens to me too. I'll wear the same hat for days at a time. I'd be wearing that one for weeks! $30?! I've got to find a way to shrink my head!

I've thought about this technique, Tommy. Though I fear I may be subjected to greater ridicule than I normally experience. Plus, I'm not sure if it would work on an adult. [emoji6]

Poking around in this hat I found the price tag under the sweatband in front. An Excellent Quality would cost you $10 back in the 20's or there-abouts

Well, next week I'm on the road to Anchorage, AK. So only taking one hat for the week. I'm thinking Campdraft...

The week after that, Ft. Worth and a trip to the Outlet. I'm taking my new Resistol back home for a visit.

Absolutely fantastic, Tommy!! That light blue/dove color is just spectacular. Its by far my favorite color for a soft hat fedora.

That's a gorgeous liner as well!! There's just something about navy blue with gold. Reminds me of a navy blazer with gold buttons....always classy

I WISH I could buy a hat like that today for $140. You can spend $500+ (custom or factory) and still never achieve that quality. Those pre-40's Stetsons are in a class all by themselves.
