I tried one of those on in a B-more hat shop a couple of weeks ago. Sharp looking hat in an unusual color. With the right accessories (I note your scarf) that hat looks famous. They just wanted too much for in that particular retail setting. Good job.
Thanks Foamy! If you find a style u like and u def want it, shop aroun the web and you'll find better prices and if you do find it on the web even from a brick n motar, they'll often let u have for a 10% discount.

Hey folks!
Everyone's looking sharp!

Mayser, that one is proof that wool is cool!

Today, a project that I'm working on. I know, straw in November?!? Sunny CA, I say. Wears great, but the wind kicked up, it got cold in a hurry. But, here it is. The Survivor.

Caught on camera, and I had no idea. Taken last Saturday night, at a Halloween gig, where we were asked to do a cabaret dance, an Argentine Tango, hence the dance costume. The hat is a Mulberry Fedora from Christys. To create the drug baron look, my wife carefully sewed a white buckram ribbon over the black hatband. I shall be wearing that hat, minus the buckram, to a funeral on Thursday.

How many scarves do you own Bob ?
Great hat, i own one in pretty much the same colour.

Moon, that colour is gorgeous!
Stratcat; very fetching! H to T !
That phone case is a pop of colour for sure.

I spent my entire day in the workshop. Just some errands in a black beret, you've all seen it one to many times before!

About to finish this one, i love the detail on the ribbon.

Good day gentlemen!

Thanks Esther. Love your color as well as the ribbon. 6 lighter weight scarfs and 3 heavier for blustery weather. Scarfs are fun and functional. Sorta like hats.

Good to see you, Greg! Nice, crisp Cordova, dude!

Bob I have scarf envy. My lifetime scarf collection was mistakenly tossed out last year by an out of control cleaning lady. Stored in a large white plastic bag for the off-season, the mistake is regrettably understandable, but no less frustrating. There were at least 25, and I'm now back to three.

Alan you are a real HOOT and a HOLLAR (not to munchen a Scream)! Great photo!!

Steve that bowler is da bawlz, and your expression is seriously TERRIFIC!

So many nice lids to comment on, just not enough time... Keep 'em coming!!
