Great hats and pics yesterday and thanks for all the kind words! Today is my Heritage Grade Silverbelly Camp Draft (the hat-only photo shows the color more accurately).

Again...WOW! to all the lids of the past day.

Welcome Bolero!

Today is our last day here for the year. We could come up during the winter, but the road isn't plowed so we'd need to
snowshoe or snowmobile in for the last several miles. It HAS been done.

I needed a whiskey (Vintage Silhouettes whiskey, that is) to calm my nerves at this sad end of the season...

Thank you, my friend. I love old expressions like that. I don't hear too many people using them anymore.

And thanks to Simon82 and moehawk, too. We should know whether the horse came in by the end of the week, and then you may never see me wearing this get up again. ;)

For me, it was "see a man about a dog." I guess that comes from living in the city.

Sorry about your Phils. Not a lot of fun here in Redsland this fall, either. But hey, There's no crying in baseball, right?

Strapped – Nice Saxon. Looking sharp.

HatsRme – A sad day indeed when you leave the peace and quiet. However, you are wearing a gorgeous hat. Welcome back.

Hato – NICE heather. Looks great.

David - There is a reason so many people love those Whippets. Awesome.

TPD – Those CDs are so sharp.

Today, a Borsalino Alessandria. 50s.

Alan - Stunning. Really, really stunning.

Mantis - Great to see the younger generation has already figured out hat wearing and companionship at an early age. Took me a while.

Apologies for the goofy expression... don't know what I was thinking.

Ah, the "quizzical dog" look. I know it well!

Whippet Wednesday.

Aw, guys, looks like I started something I didn't keep up with. I left my Whippet in the box in favor of the D'Aquino Mk II. Again off on walkabout at lunch time.

Miami -- Love that hat, and I think I enjoy seeing the cool ties you wear just as much.

Bob -- That Whippet rocks.

Alan -- What a fantastic hat. The color, the contrasting ribbon, the shape -- I love everything about it.

Looking good, everyone!

A black hat for a grey day. My newly deodorized Young's near-stingy that arrived yesterday.

Much more pleasant to wear with the tobacco smell mostly gone. A few wearings and I hope that it will be gone permanently.
