Great lids everyone ... Always one of my favorite parts of the day checking out all your fantastic hats.

Today I'm wearing my Stetson Panama Brewster that I converted to center crease to gain some height and gave it a tighter pinch.
Still hate the brim and it remains one of my least favorite hats... But it is extremely lightweight... It blocks the sun... And it is good for chasing my daughter around a playground on a 90+ degree day

Dh66. Thx!

Moon. Looks good!
You think the brim goes to low in the front?

Weather wasn't great but went for a long walk with Zeger anyway.

Not my prettiest, but sturdiest "rain hat"
Hare and cotton grosgrain.

Ignore the scarf/blanket/cover :)

It looks lower in the pics than it actually is... But the permanent flange of the brim gives me no choice.
The main reason that I don't like the hat much.

You are looking great!

Beautiful child

Thx! He's a pretty laid back little dude. I used to make hats for him too but he grows out of them too fast.

Moon, You could reblock it? It could be from the picture but it looks a bit out of proportion? The front looks a tad shorter than the back, but that might just be my sleepy eyes.
I have had that problem with a block of mine, it doesn't look bad in any way, but you notice there is something
"off".
I just think it's a shame, such a nice hat..
I imagine you'll have to do some more playground chasing, better do that in a hat you love ...

Great hats today.
Cute kid, Esther. Wears a hat just as well as his mama! :)

Today I'm wearing moehawk Original No. 1, made of Czech rabbit. It's the stingiest brim I own, mostly due to inexperience trimming a brim properly when I made it. No more scissor hack jobs for me since I made a rounding jack.

Nice work everyone. Love the photoshop work, Terry.

Capas Bogart Panama in Toast. After some crown reshaping and added brim curl, it's not exactly the look Bogart would wear, but I like it!

Esther, Zeger, Terry, Dave, Trevi, Moon, Moe - and anyone I forgot! Nice Sunday drive down Fedora Boulevard. Thanks for the cruise.

Out to the Ol' Ball Orchard to see the local Dragon boys take on those nasty old Bees of Burlington. Unfortunately, not a good day for the Home Team, but there's nothing better than a summer Sunday afternoon at the ballpark.

Some from me this weekend - been way too hot for felt hats for the last couple of months

Fighting the heat with my VS Panama (love this hat!)

This morning's walk by the Trinity River with Pearl the Boston Terrier (the hat is a freebie from the Headwear Association that I wear a lot)

Finally just as we were setting out for lunch and to visit the Home and Garden Show at the Convention Center (Worth & Worth Montecristi)

We have some great views from our patio.
