Good steamy afternoon from Central Ohio...You guys are looking great as usual!
Harv, Nice looking Stetson straw for a work hat! BTW...I saw a very nice Blue and Black '71 Mach 1 down the street from me that's been parked at a "drive thru" over the last few weeks and on the next block from me there's another nice Mach 1, either a '69 or a '70, I can't get close enough to it to see which. That one's Maroon and Gold. Of the Mustangs the Mach 1s are my favorites. The Postman who delivers my mail also has a '71 Mach 1 that he had restored. It originally had a 351 but he found a 428 Cobra Jet and had that dropped in it instead.
S-4-C, that's a nice thrift store find. You can't beat that $15 price either!
casechopper, Very nice CRM.
Joao, Geez, you have a gang load of Stagecoaches! That's a nice one you're wearing.
b-man, I like the montecristi. That's a nice one.
Today on this warm and muggy afternoon I'm breaking out the straw. This one's from Cappas. It originally had a short tapered crown of just under 4 inches tall. I reblocked it and straigthened up the crown and raised the height to 4 1/2 inches tall. I also sewed on a vintage brown mid-ribbon....
