40's Stratoliner for TAR Tuesday
I never did get to see Mars shining a little brighter than usual last night, nor did I get to see the Lunar eclipse...
No worries. Mars will remain very bright (about 10 times brighter than Virgo's brightest star Spica nearby) for the rest of the month. And this lunar eclipse was the first in a tetrad of eclipses over the next 24 months, all of which will be visible from the U.S.
I did not see the Lunar eclipse too. I was sleeping and when I woke up weather to West was foggy.Nice start to the day Gents, for the hats, that is, but not the weather here. I never did get to see Mars shining a little brighter than usual last night, nor did I get to see the Lunar eclipse, because it was was raining and overcast here! But I do get to see snow on the ground this April morning! I mowed my lawn on Sunday afternoon when the weather here was approaching 80 degrees F!...and now, Tuesday morning, Snow! Oh well, typical Ohio weather for this time of year. It's not unusual here in early Spring to have sunny warm temps one day, and then cold and snowing the next day.
Yes, the selfie was almost out of target.Where is Joao? Is it a hat eclipse?
[insert drool smily here]This restored Stetson Clear Nutria - the Joshua Tree - fit the bill.
Thanks. I can't say more as you know it looks amazing. Wish it was here with me. [insert envy smily here]Thanks Joao... it's a great hat, but I don't think anyone wears a western better than you.
Thanks.Great Westerns Joao and Alan!
