No get that thing into some rain and dust ! :) Bush styled Akubra's need to have some "life" on 'em ! :) Does work on you BTW :)

I know, I know. It seems that right after I get a new hat, Mother Nature decides not to give us rain for several weeks straight, go figure...and thanks for the compliment. I

I'm hesitant to say that this is my favorite hat on you, because that CD looks killer, too.

The CD is my favorite. However, utility-wise, the wider brim and versatile color of the LR better serve my purposes. However, when it gets colder, and I pull out the layers, that CD is going to get a lot of head time.
The LR isn't the best looking hat on me...but I really, really like the protection it provides and it's versatility. It is also more comfotable than the CD, at least on my noggin.
Once I get the Overlander (whenever that happens), though, the LR will become my downpour/hiking/outdoor hat.

Why do you ask?

Well, the LR DOES look really good on you. But, if you're partial to the CD, that's okay, too.

I'm waffling between a Sand Overlander or Cattleman, but my next-next hat will most likely be a Stetson Nostalgia.

I was STRONGLY considering a Cattleman, but I cannot abide those eyelets. I also like the Nostalgia, but I don't rock a grey so well. They are all smart hats.

Let me correct myself. I like the Cattleman, the eyelets I can ignore, but I'd like a Heritage felt. I'm not a big fan of brown hats, either (learned that from my FedIV)...
