Well now, you have me saving already and selling a few more things to have you make something so very similar for me to give my Husband. I do have to get a hat from Peters Brothers as one of those Straw hats for summer heat is exactly what my Husband will love to wear. So...I am making my purse be on a diet until I've saved up for those hats.

but in my hat room I finally have more home runs than swings at a perfect breaking ball that twisted me into a pretzel as I swung for the fences

Babe Ruth...held the strike out record as well as the home run record. When asked about it, he said if you don't swing at the ball, you can't hit it!

The hunt for hats or the "next find" does bring a lot of education with it. You learn who to avoid doing business with, and when it is time to walk from bad business. So as I have learned the hard way recently about all this. So now instead of going backwards on having hats fixed or made by bad business, I move forward to good business. Monday (tomorrow) I get to call Peters Brothers and order my Husband a "Tank" and then I start to save to have a hat made from Ester, as I am sure that is a winning combination to do business with.

Thank you dearly for the compliments. One word just really sums it all up, "love". There are things we have to deal with that are horrible for us to have to face daily, yet we just melt together like two candy bars left out in the Sun. Love.
