The more I’m around Hats the more I realize that I like most all of them. Aside from white tie events, I wouldn’t wear a topper, but fedoras, stingy fedoras, Homburgs, boaters, Panamas, westerns, derbies/bowlers, Outbacks, etc., they all get my interest these days. It’s like cancer that has metastasized.

Ah, I had almost forgotten that you’re afflicted with that leather jacket thing. Well, no one is perfect.

I’d like to get a nice leather jacket, but I’m terrified to even look at one. Hats are bad enough.

I just bought this vintage Hardeman.
It was on Moon's Instagram page, and I thought it was one of the hats that I couldn't get from his sell-off, and I was a little put out about it. It was different, because of the texture.

I guess Moon must have sold it before, because I saw it on eBay and clicked on the "Buy it Now" button, without placing a bid. I didn't want to run the risk of it escaping me a second time.

P.S. I was able to parch things up with PayPal.

Now I just have to track down the other 130 hats that got away.
