With the arrival of Autumn in the antipodes, im leaning towards a Shiraz, the deep purple syrupy flavours remind me of the past summers Australian Sunshine, perfect with mushroom and chicken Ravioli!!!!

Stone IPA -

My regular bar took Bridgeport IPA off the tap for a regional seasonal beer. Now I'm all about supporting the local economy, but couldn't they have taken the Bud Lite offa the tap instead?!?
So I had to go to another place to get my IPA fix, and I have to say, while disappointed generally with Stone out of the bottle ( water from a stone? ), the draught was pretty darn good.
Anybody got an IPA that I HAVE to try?

Twenty-First Century Cocktail
1 1/2 ounce silver tequila
3/4 ounce white crème de cacao
3/4 ounce lemon juice
1/4 ounce absinthe
Coat the glass with the absinthe, then shake everything else with ice and strain into the prepared cocktail glass.
