It's a very British style I think, the darts go to the back like this(would take a picture but not sure my webcam would show the seam) sometimes they are sewn three times all around the rim of the cap but they're rarer these days.

With the heat and humidity being…well….rather noticeable….most of my caps have mostly been on the wall hook in favor of Panama Hats due to the leather sweatbands trapping a lot of heat. But as a cap guy I wanted to have a some inexpensive beaters that can get sweaty but cleaned up rather easily so out come the cotton Botvelas. This is a new one in Khaki. It’s a nice color, kind of a Camel Brown or British Khaki. It looks like the newsie cap to wear while flying a Grumman Goose around the South Pacific!

Cordova vintage wool one piece. I don't know if this is a dogtooth or a g-uncheck pattern. I can never tell the difference.
