Understand... the who-knows-what-thread has all the good stuff from Lounge days gone by. I look forward to a few pictures when you have the time. It looks swell.

Great combination Metatron. The red and green accessoires with the fair-isle sweater make it quite appropriate for this occasion.

I am sure I mentioned it before... but have you thought about a vintage (style) glasses-frame?

Thank you my good man.
I certainly wouldn't say no to a nice clear plastic 1940s pair of glasses, but it's not my top priority.
Also they would have to suit me. I would not wear a vintage pair for the sake of their vintage if it they were not flattering.

Two Types,

Not only are those great jackets, ties, and pocket squares, but you found a way to put them all together. Triple win.

A nice vest I got for Christmas along with some reproduction slacks and a hand painted tie.

I hope you aren't hiding the hand-painted behind the sweater:p It's a good vest, though. Nice color and pattern. What's the story on the repro slacks? Details? I'm always on the lookout for such, as I have a hard time finding vintage to fit.
Post up the tie:D

Today I wore my Don Draper hat from my friends at Salmagundi and my new "Own Make" Brooks Brothers overcoat. I love this coat and am proud that, like my suit, it was made by Brooks Brothers in Massachusetts. The hat is rather wonderful as well.

That is a sweet overcoat! The hat works well with it. Good look.
