Most definitely won't be everybody's cup of tea here, but I'm loving this, some stuff from IMHO the best indie band in the UK at the mo, SPC ECO, which is Dean Garcia (from 90s group Curve) and his daughter. Great stuff if (like me) you like this kind of stuff, and she has the voice of an angel. I loved Curve back then but I reckon this might be even better.

In this revolving thread door of songs... here is again this song that I adore ....this version with Ethel Waters "Sweet Man" 1925.-

Sweet man!
That pleasure-to-meet man,
My candy-receipt man,
He taught me to smile!
One kiss from his red lips,
Sends my conscience off a cliff!
My sweet man is drivin' me wild! :D

Glorious superb Jean-Philippe Rameau, ouverture of "Zaïs", performed by "La Petite Bande"! Next tuesday, my wife are most privileged to attend a concert of the same music at the Château de Versailles Opera Royal, performed by Christophe Rousset with "Les Talens Lyriques" and the "Choeurs de Chambre de Namur". Rameau was musician to the court of Louis XV, and the word "superb" is to be interpreted in the Spanish sense...
