Thank you.
Great pics, thanks. Here are some photos from a photo shoot we did recreating the Gunfight at the OK Corral. We filmed it on the same spot where it was filmed for the movie "Tombstone" and even had Peter Sherayko (Texas Jack in the movie), as well as some other actors from the film in it. You can see some of the hats I made for it, including the one Peter is wearing. Photos courtesy of Bill Bellah, and Guy Atchley. It's probably not real cactus but it's well done & has a good look to it. It's small or I would buy it. Note it's let out to the last hole now.Love that, Jack. That's a dying art.

New term for the newby! I feel like Patrick in Auntie Mame when she gives him a notebook for words he doesn't understand.piteado
As BB said, it's definitely a dying art. Very time consuming & the thread is no longer made from strands of dried cactus. Somewhere back in the pages of the cowboy boot thread is a pair of piteado boots I own.New term for the newby!
Found them! They're gorgeous. I can't wear boots unless they lace up (real high instep) but I do appreciate beauty and craftsmanship. As BB said, it's definitely a dying art.
