It's possible. That style was popular during that era. I've seen similar models sold by Sears and by Montgomery Ward, but not with that exact pattern. I'd love to see pics of yours.
Does anyone know alot about these jackets? They seem to have been made under Sears Hercules, Montgomery Ward Windward and Powr House, King o Wear and now I see a Lee on Ebay right now.
All seem to have small differences on close examination. I would love to see one in any vintage catalog. Also would like to know what years they may have been made.
I finally got one after looking for three years or so and love it. It doesnt have a tag, but from pictures of others I think its a Powr House with an early 1950s diagonally lettered "Crown" zipper. Its just like the one pictured but with all black leather trim.
These seem really sought after, but I can find very little info on them!

Try to find an original, they seem to cost less then the repros!
