^ I remember reading someplace, perhaps in this forum, that fur was sometimes subjected to electricity (somehow) to separate the furs or get it to stand up or something. I'm sure someone will clarify!

just watching Salt of the Earth, the 1954 film about the 1951 zinc miner strike. Those were real miners, and pick any one of them, the outfit would cost $300-$900 by major makers nowadays.....and I'm just talking about the wool and denim ones.
