I posted a brief history of West of England cloth a few days ago on my Facebook page (link below). Like bleeding madras and the original Viyella, this is no longer made.... so clothing made from it is becoming increasingly rare.

This is a lovely, classic topcoat in traditional herringbone tweed. It has a three button front, a single center rear vent, and is fully lined. The two front pockets are lined in soft and sturdy cotton duck. It also has a deep interior pocket, and a deep map pocket in the lining.

It was Made in England, and originally sold by Lord & Taylor.

At first sight it appears to be in excellent condition. However, it does have a small mothhole on one shoulder at the rear, a moth nibble on one sleeve, and another moth nibble by the hem. These could all safely be ignored. Oddly, there is some minor fraying to the lining IN THE FLAPS OF THE FRONT POCKETS--capitalized as this is so odd, and I don't know what caused it. It is also missing a cuff button.

Overall, then, this is in Good/Very Good condition. I advise dry-cleaning it when you receive it (advice I ALWAYS give when something has at some point had moth) So how about $25, boxed, shipped, and insured--basically, free? https://static.**.fbcdn.net/images/emoji.php/v9/t4c/1/16/1f642.png
