Hello ladies,

Having just bought an original copy of L'Officiel, I discovered this archive on their website. They have scanned in every fashion mag from 1920 onwards, and you can look and zoom into all the pages.

http://patrimoine.jalougallery.com/lofficiel-de-la-mode-archivesp-13-1930.html

If you click on the front covers you can look through each page.

I hope you enjoy it, it shows some of the real high end Parisian fashion,

I am pleased you like them. It is amazing they have speant the time putting everyone on the internet! I really wish Vogue would do the same!

I just looked at 1939 No.220-221 and noticed a fetching hooded number on P.34. There is a similar hooded top in my book 'The 1940s Look' and it makes me chuckle - do you think if I turned up at a 1940s event in a hoody I would get some strange looks? I would of course carry the picture to show it's authenticity ;)
