No, but my teeth rattle with the dry clutch lol

I hope it is just "your" teeth. Last week I ordered a BMW R1200GS, which has a dry clutch, and I have no experience with them. The horsepower is probably only a fraction of that of the Ducati, though. Should pick it up in a couple of weeks.

Congrat's! Nice ride. And the dry clutch gives it "character". But people that don't know what it is always think parts are coming loose lol

^^^LOL...I know...I used to have this beautiful Ducati and I'd go down to the park early in the morning to stunt it. The grounds peeps would watch. I got rid of it and moved on to a Suzuki GSX-R. The next day, after purchasing the GSX-R, I was down at the park, up to no good again. One of the grounds crew peeps approached me and told me he was so glad I finally got a bike that didn't have all those loose parts. He really seemed to think that beautiful 1098R was falling apart...LOL...:eusa_doh:

Another thing about this Vanson jacket, for those so-inclined, is the gun pocket in the left breast side. It is a good size, lined with leather, and has a heavy snap that should keep Mr. Roscoe from hitting terra firma. Anyone who has ever actually carried will recognize these features as a definite plus. It will accomodate a Heckler & Koch model P7M8 nicely.

Yeah the Ducati does have a strange noise, but my friends who work there told me that the marketing department says the average Ducati customer loves that and the designers aren't supposed to fix it.

However a pair of Termignonis usually cover the rattle of the engine.

Just wanted to let folks know that Insurrection has expanded its winter hours! We're open Wednesday-Saturday, 12-6 and Sundays 12-4. You can call the shop directly at 206-782-5752...Carrie will be there if you have any questions about leather alterations, custom work or jacket restoration (she's got a nice collection of NOS zippers that she uses).
