Vanson jacket appreciation

Nick from Vanson ID'd this for me based on its serial number 29817C24. It is an Aug 1997 production in Comp Weight. I had a hunch it might be, but now it's confirmed.

Mine is number 17525Q12 and is from Aug 94 - Comp weight as well.

That quilted octagon is just bonkers

I’ve been really appreciating the larger biceps size and more dramatic lapel on the C2. The difference from my 618 did not really register until I directly compared them. Of course I like both.

Me too man! I ordered the Walnut in a size 40 so I wouldn’t be tempted to keep it lol. The black CXL HH however will be in my size

Man, a C2 without the back seam in black CXL.. Talk about a dream come true! You're making history making these end game jackets available to the public in stock sizes. I'm pretty sure Vanson would make a custom jacket for anyone with their provided hide? Or they don't do such one-offs?
