Great ads, thanks for posting those Jack. It'd be nice to get hats for $7.50.Most of the links to ads earlier in this thread are now dead. I'll post by copyright yr groups what I have.

Very nice, congrats. Here is my latest Champ. It's a dark green (I'm calling it Forrest Green). The first picture showing the bash is the most accurate for color. It has some teal in the color. This is the only hat I've ever bashed like this. Not really a C-Dent, not a Diamond, it just is what it is. The side pinches are minimal. It is definitely different - I like it.

Gorgeous!!!
... and a little steam will straighten that ribbon wrinkle right out
is that an overwelt or a felted edge ?
looks to be the latter ... if so that adds to the amazing score
What's a "felted edge"? I know about bound/ribbon edge, raw edge, under/overwelt edge, but never heard of "felted" edge until now. Do you have a pictured example?
A felted edge is a “Cavanagh” edge ... or Mode Edge or Guild Edge or Custom Edge etc etc

"Felting" is a technique or step in the hat making process including heat , moisture and pressure ... and similar to the process used to achieve this edge treatmentSo many different names for the Cavanagh edge then... Was "felted edge" the word that Champ used to in their marketing or just a term you used to describe it?
