Nice, I had no idea they made hats like that.
That would have been a safe bet to assume they have not made a fur felt hat, as they claim always made in Canada..however as you notice from the tag, jobbed out to some where in the US of A. Oddly enough i have tried to find out where it was made and have had no luck..maybe some wiser than me guy from this site can tell me. Also thanks ..it is a nice hat, i enjoy it often in the older days, lined and with ear flaps.

Nothing to be seen on the tags?

I will always have a soft spot for my Tilley hats. First fitted hat I ever owned. Wore my first one (a classic T3) thru high school and for years afterwards. Here is my T5

Now they have re-introduced the T1 bucket hat. So tempted as it was my other choice when I got my T3 all those years ago.

I liked the black t3 wanderer so much, I got the khaki. Got lost in the israeli post for 3 months, so a total of four months to get it. It's much cooler than the black in the summer heat, and provides some insulation, compared to my polyester boonies. Only I've had the black only for about 6 months and it's already a bit faded, so that sucks. I really like these hats though. They provide great sun protection and look good too. Only I had to Iron the brim to keep it from looking like a wet Noodle!
Looks good man. My T3 has the wobbly brim as well. Never really got it straight. During the second Iraq war Tilley made the Bonnie hats for the US and one of the first things the troops did was add a wire inside the brims edge. So Tilley added that feature to the T5. One of the reasons I went out and bought one straight away. No wobbly brim. This is my T3 over 20 years old

Brand new Tilley Montana. Second one this season. This time in a navy blue. Made of wool with ear flaps. Got one earlier this winter in black as I found one at a great price at Winners (TJX for my USA friends) but this last weekend the remainder went on clearance. So now I have a few more to swap with.
