1934 Schwinn ~ Aerocycle?
or
1934 Elgin ~ Bluebird?
The Elgin Bluebird is a stunningly beautiful bicycle, whereas the Aerocycle si a bit clunky, so the Blueburd. I am inclined toward Elgin bicycles, anyway,p. I still ride a 1920 vintage Elgin with single tube tires.

Single tube tires or clinchers?

I acquired the Aerocycle because of the tank:

But the 50s Schwinn Phantom saddle & fork spring comfort kinda spoiled me.
At a height of 6’3”, the aero frame was a tad small & it handled “clunky”.
I sold it for a 1920s Iver Johnson.

Single tube tires would be my choice.

And todays “This or That”.

You are in a tennis match.
Your opponent is also your friend.
You won the first set at six love.
In the second set, you are up five love .
It’s your serve for the match.
Would you....

Take it easy on your opponent/friend & let them win a few points
since you are so far ahead & you feel that you are going to win
anyway?

Or

Don’t let up, but continue until you won at six love?

Btw:
I asked Billie Jean King this same question.
Her answer was interesting.

Well, if my opponent was a very special friend I would go easy on them, lest I be accused that my love means nothing.

Disc or cylinder Music Box?

Billie Jean King’s reply:
Even before I had finished the question, she cut me off & replied,
“Nope...finish it, no mercy. Afterwards you can feel sorry for them.”
She went on to explain that you show respect by honoring your
opponent by giving your very best.
You honor your opponent because they have put you to the
challenge. And you do likewise. Shake hands for having had
the opportunity.

Btw:
I love your play on words even if it means nothing ! :)

Cylinder Music Box.

If you could listen live on stage your favorite musical group or singer, would you prefer...

They stick to the song as you first heard it on record?

They ad-lib the song & add little bits here & there making it slightly different?

One of my goals in life is to actually know both references in one of Vitanola's "This or That" without having to look at least one of them up.

Back to our regularly scheduled programing.

You wouldn't have time. Making a life and a living in Gotham leaves little time for such trivialities. Even so, you might enjoy some of the stuff written by the two, notably McIntyre, who wrote about The New York of the 'teens and 'twenties as if it were Flusing Michigan or Cadiz, Ohio.
