It isn`t Wyoming!
I'm willing to guess that it's New Hampshire -- which is Maine without the gentrification. Don't let it get around too much though --- my best friend lives there and I wouldn't want her to get disposessed.
It's safer since they raided those drug guys up the street.
But seriously, it's really awful here, you take your life into your hands every day you leave the house. Don't even *think* of moving here!
That's right. Soon the whole United States will be an endlessly quaint street full of toffee-nosed art galleries, overpriced restaurants, and factory outlets selling stuff with American labels that was made in Sri Lanka. Oh you lucky, lucky people.
Safest from what? Crime, weather, other disasters, environmental dangers, Starbucks coffee:eeek:?
Every state (and country) has areas with some form of problem from each of these and more. Some people are fine in some areas but would have troubles in other areas.
Vermont...........

The main thing that keeps me here, other than being born here, is that we're fifty miles from the nearest Starbucks. If you want a small coffee or a large coffee here, you order a "small coffee" or a "large coffee" --none of that dopey "venti" and "grande" foolishness.
