I think it is a post war 1946-48 Packard Clipper, probably a base model coupe. I'm a geek and spent too much time this evening looking at grills of pre 1950 Kaisers and Hudsons and Packards... oh my!

She looks like an actress of that era, but I can't think who.

Note how she and the lady Hadley posted in the next are classily dressed, slim, and smiling. It seems like everyone of either sex you see nowadays is sloppy, overweight, and scowling.
