Most real saloons in the "old west" were pretty simple affairs, usually thrown together with whatever the owner could scrape together. And no one in that photo is wearing a stereotypical "Hollywood cowboy" hat.^^^ Interesting how the bar scenes in John Wayne movies were so much prettier...
