The best of 2010

It worked well as a thread last year, so I figured that we'd give it another shot.

Post your favorite hats of 2010, whether they're your hats or not.


I bought three hats this year. While I'm fond of my Stetson "The Avenue" bowler, and the recent Beaver 100 is fantastic, the green Borso is my favorite.

As to my favorites belonging to others, start with all of rlk's creations from Optimo, and add these.

Love that Green Borsalino-perfect proportions and unique hue. That Eagle has flown twice over since I had it(Garrett and beyond). Alas, I have no Vita-Felt(never had one in my size).

Tell me about it. I just scanned every page of the New Hats thread from the 1st of this year and had to narrow it down significantly to (try) to avoid making this the "Hats rlk bought in 2010" thread. I also learned that I like to look at velours more than I like to wear them, and that I really want a nice heather.

Mayser's Huckels are outstanding. In particular, the gold-ish one blows me away. :eusa_clap
