Everyone was right about the LL Bean chinos. They run small in the waist. I am still looking for some reasonably priced chinos. Does anyone have any to recommend from either Wal-Mart or Target? I work as an IT tech so I do not want anything very expensive that may get ripped or stained. Just looking for a good fit at a good price. Thanks for all the help.

Not Walmat or Target, and I've no idea if you can find an M&S near you (their website is rather vague about where their international stores are), but I picked up a pair of Blue Harbour Twin Pleat Comfort Chinos a couple of weeks ago and I've been very happy with them (despite them being, probably, the cheapest pair of trousers I've ever bought).
(The exchange rate probably makes them look more expensive then they would be in a US store, so don't let that put you off)

The Walmart ones aren't bad- but they are thin and they tend to wear out at the cuffs pretty rapidly. I have to admit, I'm usually pretty hard on them, so if you're wearing them to work in more of an office situation, they'll probably last much longer.
