Thanks Dale! From what I can tell the Carhartt is from the 1970s (that tag style with the size on it).

Found today, $5 High Falls, NY. Not for re-sale, I;ll be keeping this as it reminds me of being a kid with the Lionel Trains set up in the basement around Christmas time. The best part of my new toy is THE SMELL!!!!
