That's a curious one. Presumably a club tie, but I can't make out what that little animal is? Weasel?
PLS is a good brand though - I've got a few of theirs in Terylene and wool.

It's a beaver. I picked that one up in Halifax, Nova Scotia when I was living up there. So I would assume it has some Canadian significance. Up through the '60s, there were still a lot of UK clothing imports on the Canadian market.

Hey guys
5 50's/60's ties for £1 on Huddersfield 2nd hand market. The slim navy one is 'resiline' which I guess must be terylene related! and the larger print navy one is labeled teylene, 100% polyester, ICI.

Nice lot, SD. Especially liking that blue and brown one with the mod pattern.

I had posted these awhile back the 'Show Us Your Ties' Thread, but having found a thread devoted solely to Terylene/Dacron ties, I figured it would only be proper to post them here.

I had picked these up quite awhile back at a yard sale. There was also a purple one and a green one, but someone had already snagged those.
Based off the tags and the design on the gray one, I'm guessing 1950's?

Here's the photos. I especially like the grey one!
