I use this. Black Kiwi liquid for fixing scuffs on shoes and boots. Works great on black jackets.

If you want to make the fix more permanent, put on a thin topcoat of clear Resolene after the Kiwi dries. Alternatively, Pecards (and others) make black-tinted leather treatments, but they also come off with time and rubbing. I personally don't mind applying it again after it rubs off.

i personally think leather jacket is allowed to discolor and I won't re dye them but I like the leather surface to be smooth so probably just buff it or put on leather finish cream to smoothen the surface, but if you want to recolor it then better get a black leather dye or bring it to airbrush shop and have a light mist of black paint over it, they must know the type of paint to go with flexible surface
