Red Wing 2233, 953 sizing compared to Beckmans

I´m interested in getting a pair of Red Wing 2233, 953 or 899. The only models I have been able to try on are the Beckmans where a sz 9 (US) fits me like a glove. Red Wing won´t sell their work boots to Europe due to safty boots regulations I´ve been told.
My only way of getting a pair is either through ebay or, hopefully, an US shop who won´t mind selling them dispite regulations. I really hope I´m misinformed regarding us work boots in europe.

Is a size 9 of the previous mentioned boots the same size as the Beckman or does it not strech the same way due to the steel toe and rubber sole?

Does anyone on Fedora Lounge know how I go about getting a pair of 2233?

Does anyone know if the 2233 are true to size or "run large" as the Beckmans?
